These MRI's were taken of a 76 year old female with longstanding complaints of lowback and leg pain extending to the foot. Her pain was progressively getting worse. Her condition was too advanced to perform surgury.
After exam and consultation with the patient we decided to begin a series of non surgical lumbar decompression sessions. The patient showed steady progress and is now pain free and has resumed her active lifestyle.
Notice how the follow up MRI shows REGENERATION of the previously damaged disc. Prior to lumbar decompression regeneration of new disc material was not possible.
